Tomorrowland’s second week kicked off with another Belgian Journey event, and this time our team put 1,900 people of tomorrow on the photo. Numbers like these are only possible thanks to a system we’ve built and refined ourselves.

Our custom-developed software drives the entire workflow, instantly generating a unique QR code label for every single person in the shot. A group of 20 festival-goers means 20 labels, printed and ready within seconds, so everyone can scan, collect and share their photo without missing a beat.

Behind the scenes, connectivity is just as fast: our own 5G router with 4G fallback, a second SIM card, and local wifi or WLAN wherever available keep everything running smoothly, even when thousands of people are online at once.

The result: a rock-solid, fast-moving solution built exactly for events like Tomorrowland, where every second counts.
